The school desks are the one that can be seen in schools. There are two types- one is the tiny chair and desk combination made for pre-scholars and the other type are larger desks present in institutions. The tiny chair type is mainly for domestic use for pre-literate children. This type gives these children the surface to play. The desks in this type mainly have space which can occupy crayons, pencils and other play materials. The next type is the institutional desks that are mainly for school use. This desk has the necessary space for students to sit and also place their bags. The contemporary desks also look the same as the institutional desks.
The executive desks are referred to the one that are now being used in IT companies and other offices. The executive desks generally contain space for placing the computer, telephones, necessary documents, printers etc. These desks generally have a cubicle shape and also come along with a chair that is adjustable. These executive desks look very compact and also the comfort level is more compared to the other desks. There is also provision for meeting to take place in these desks. These desks are really helpful as it also provides for a place for computer as well as a place for doing hand written work.
